Founded in 1932, Kawazu Brewing is currently located in Oguni-town, Aso-county, Kumamoto Prefecture. It is a small brewery, which inherited local business about 150 years ago, now continues to be innovative and rebuild its traditions. President Hiroaki Kawazu says, "We are committed to brewing sake by paying close attention to each and every ingredient and production method so we can have people saying, 'this Sake is delicious!'  Our brewery offers a variety of unique sake to satisfy the different preferences of all customers."
